This is not luxury trip, this is an adventures & fun filled trip. Just enjoy the nature, as it comes.
Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and be comfortable walking for 6–8 hours.
Wear good-quality trekking shoes with excellent grip. Avoid sports shoes or casual footwear.
Leeches are common during the monsoon season. carry a small bottle of Dettol, salt, or an anti-leech spray.
Eat a healthy meal before starting the trek & Stay hydrated throughout the trek
Avoid alcohol or smoking before and during the trek.
Follow the Trek Leader's instructions at all times & do not wander away from the group.
Swimming at Bandaje Falls is strictly prohibited due to steep cliffs and dangerous currents. Avoid standing near cliff edges or taking risky photographs.
Inform the Trek Leader immediately if you feel unwell or injured.
Respect Nature - Avoid plucking plants or disturbing wildlife, help us preserve the beauty of the Western Ghats by following the Leave No Trace principles.

The Bandaje Falls Trek is Moderate to Difficult. It involves trekking through forests, grasslands, steep ascents, and descents for approximately 14–16 km.
2. How long is the trek?
The total trekking distance is approximately 14–16 km, which usually takes 6–8 hours, depending on the group's pace and weather conditions.
3. Is this trek suitable for beginners?
Yes, beginners with good fitness levels can join. Regular walking, jogging, or basic cardio before the trek is recommended.
4. Can children join the trek?
Children above 12 years who are physically fit and comfortable with long-distance trekking can participate under parental supervision.
5. Is swimming allowed at Bandaje Falls?
No. Swimming is strictly prohibited due to deep pools, slippery rocks, steep cliffs, and strong water currents.
6. Will there be leeches during the trek?
Yes, especially during the monsoon season (June–September). They are harmless, but we recommend carrying a small bottle of Dettol, salt, or anti-leech spray.

Accommodation is provided in a basic homestay with separate dormitories for men and women on a multi-sharing basis.

Hot water availability depends on the homestay and weather conditions. It may be limited.
10. Is mobile network available?
Mobile network coverage is limited or unavailable during most parts of the trek. Please inform your family in advance.
11. Are changing rooms available?
Changing facilities are available only at the homestay. There are no changing rooms on the trek route.
12. Is this trek safe for solo travelers and women?
Yes. Param Adventures welcomes solo travellers, and female participants are accommodated separately. Experienced Trek Leaders ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone
13. What if I cannot complete the trek?
Participants should assess their fitness before joining. Since this is a forest trail, rescue or vehicle access is limited. Please inform the Trek Leader immediately if you feel unwell.
14. Can I carry luggage during the trek?
No. Carry only a small daypack with essentials. Extra luggage can be safely left at the homestay.
15. Can I consume alcohol or smoke during the trip?
No. Alcohol, smoking, and any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited throughout the trip.
16. Can the itinerary change?
Yes. The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road conditions, forest department regulations, or participant safety. The Trek Leader's decision will be final.
